A foreigner who wants to register a new company in Singapore and act as a local director of the company or operate the company has to apply for an Approval-in-Principle Employment Pass. With the Approved-in-Principal Employment Pass, the company do not need to appoint a nominee local director.

If you do not have a Singapore resident to be your local director, we provide nominee director at a fee of S$3,000 per annum together with a refundable deposit of S$5,000.

To meet the requirement of local registered office, we provide local registered address service to our clients at S$240 per annum.

We provide local business address service to our clients which is especially useful to new business which have yet to set up their own office. The business address service fee is S$360 per annum.
