Registration of a Foreign Company Singapore Branch

Procedure

Step 1: Application & reservation of foreign company name

1. Submit the company name, company particulars and main business activities.
2. Paid deposit of $500.00

Step 2: Please prepare the following documents:-

1. A copy of the foreign company’s Certificate of Incorporation or Registration.
2. A copy of the foreign company’s charter, statute or memorandum and articles or other instrument constituting or defining its constitution.

Upon receiving approval from the authority for the use of company name, we prepare the registration documents for submission.

1. Arrange for your directors and authorized agents to sign the registration documents.
2. Paid the balance of the registration cost and expense.

Time required for complete the foreign company registration : About 1-7 working days.
